Orders can be cancelled within an hour of purchase. Unfortunately if this is not done within the given time frame and the item is dispatched by then. You will have to pay postal fees to send it back.

Due to the artisan nature of some of our products on afrikett.com, we do not accept returns for unwanted purchases. We ensure all items are dispatched with the highest standard of quality & care.
However, if your purchase arrives damaged, please send images to support@afrikett.com or Whatsapp within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund for international sales.
In some instances you may be required to return an item for further inspection. We advise customers to return items using a tracked and reliable service paid by them. Afrikett will not be held responsible for any loss or damage during transit, any compensation must be recovered from the courier service used.
Once your returned item(s) have been reviewed, our finance department will process a refund to the bank account or credit card used when making the order. This can take up to an additional 2-5 working days depending on your bank. International Orders are delivered within 7 working days worldwide.
